The aim of the interdisciplinary research project carried out on the Wilstedt wind farm as a model, was to analyse the impact of noise emissions of wind turbines on residents and to identify recommendations for action, if possible. The project has been funded by the Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt. The project was lead-managed by the working group Environmental Psychology of the Institute for Psychology at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg
