Improved legal framework for the use of eind energy in Germany 

<br/><br/>Following the resolution adopted by the German Parliament on 6 June, the Bundesrat (upper house of parliament) has also passed the amendment of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) on 4 July 2008. The amended Act aims at increasing the share of renewable energies in the German electricity demand to at least 30 p.c. by 2020.
