Adobe Acrobat Reader is found in the "programs" directory at the root level of this CD-ROM. --Active Model Exercises These Excel-based graphical models allow students to answer Questions and visually explore the effects of changes in inputs. --Excel OM Excel OM is Prentice Hall's exclusive user-friendly Excel add-in. Excel OM automatically creates Worksheets to model and solve problems. Users select a topic from the pull-down menu, fill in the data, and then Excel will display and graph (where appropriate) the results. This software is great for student homework, "what if" analysis, or classroom demonstrations. --Excel OM Example Data Files The example data files contain data to solve all oxed examples in the text are already prepared to help students in learning Operations Management. --PowerPoint Lecture Notes These extensive PowerPoint Lecture Notes are available for evey chapter.
