The methodologist's first responsibility is to create, quality check, and validate the metamodel from where the repository instances are created. He/she should then also provide a significant set of instances in the repository for ease of use by the user (in the development organization). However, the examples of work products, work units, producers, and so on in the repository are not necessarily a complete set. Inevitably, as we learn more, new instances will be identified
